Average Australian adult men are around 175–178 cm tall. For a man of 178 cm the healthy range is roughly 59–79 kg.
Limitations
The chart assumes a typical build. Muscular men may sit in the overweight band while carrying little fat, and older men may carry more fat than BMI suggests. Check your waist measurement as well.
